Why do I feel so booorrreeed?

2 busy days at the cafe (both full shifts), tons of customers, no time for me to play games, zero fun customers whom I can play with. BORING.

What's with the new craze over Facebook? *yawn*

No interesting games/TV shows available right now. Zzz...

Most projects are almost complete already. Not much to do now. I love keeping myself busy with projects.

No tuition for 2 students for the whole of this week. Bye bye moolahs.

Nothing to buy, no money to shop anyways. Been waiting ages for my items to arrive!

Need something to spice up my boring life! Suggestions?

New bag

My bag handle tore apart yesterday and I needed a new bag to carry to school. Desperate times call for desperate measures... Just got myself a new and authentic Anya Hindmarch's "I'm not a plastic bag". OK maybe that's just an excuse... but yeah I like the idea of this bag. Promoting environmental care and all that. It makes going shopping with shopping bags look cool. =)

So there. Got myself a lavender one which supports the breast cancer support group as well.

Caught the flu bug

Was down with a flu since wednesday but I'm loads better now. I'm pretty sure it's not an ordinary kind of flu cuz it came very suddenly and my temperature has been fluctuating these few days. Took 2 separate doses of panadol tablets on wednesday but I did not have a good rest at all. One moment I was shivering and the next moment, sweating. So for the whole night, I was shivering, sweating, shivering, sweating... I felt like I was going to die, seriously. Can tell you that feeling is so much worse than getting drunk.

On thurs noon, I woke up with puffy eyes. Went to see Dr Sia and he said I might have developed an allergic reaction to panadol. Allergies can develop anytime in our lives and it's more likely the case for me since I'm already proven to be allergic to another type of paracetamol. That sucks, cuz, it means that from now on, should I get ill with a fever, I can only lie in bed and rest till I'm well.

That said, it's still only a hypothesis. I've yet to show him the ingredients on my panadol box. What worries me is, why the sudden onset of fever? Dr Sia was unable to trace the source of my flu, but he said that if my fever doesn't subside by next monday, I'll have to go for a blood test to test for dengue. Well, I doubt it's dengue since I haven't had any mosquito bites. Plus, I'm feeling loads better already. Have been taking antibiotics and lotsa flu tea. =)

Doodads

I fell in love with this Chloe Paddington inspired bag at first sight. Look how pretty it is! Been contemplating buying it but it costs $45 and Kh is sure to kill me if I do.

Was telling Pris how much I liked it, and she was like,"Omg, so nice!" 15mins later, when I logged off msn and went to bed, she sent me a message saying she just bought it. Now she's urging me to buy it too. Oh the temptations of this world.

Meanwhile, I keep reminding myself that this is what Robert Kiyosaki would call "Doodads". I just need to focus on setting up my business and I'll forget about these little sacrifices. Someday, I'm gonna buy this bag with the money I earn from my business. Yes I will.
